Returns

At Yay Soda, we want to give you peace of mind that our products are of the utmost integrity and that each and every customer receives product that has not been tampered with and is safe to consume. As such, we cannot accept returns on any food items shipped to you.

 

Refunds

 

We strive for orders that are shipped intact, damage free and with 100% accuracy, but sometimes things happen. If products are defective, damaged or if an error has occurred in packing your order, you are entitled to a refund or credit for that portion of the order and we will do what we can to ensure your are satisfied.

Please report damaged or missing items with photo evidence within seven (7) days of receipt of your order to qualify for a refund or credit.
